Cancellation Policy
Booking Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your service and appointment time. Cancellation Policy: 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations requests must be made at least 24 hour prior to your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee of 10%, as we may not be able to fill the slot on short notice. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointments to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a fee.
